  • No refunds on deposits unless cancellation notice is received 2 weeks prior
    to arrival date.  No refunds on early departure.
  • Check Out time:  Before 11 AM (Eastern Standard Time).  Additional charge
    of 1/2 daily rental rate to be levied for late check-outs.
  • Check In time:  After 3 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
  • No smoking allowed inside any cottage.
  • The cottages are set on hillsides with walkways and steps.
